Refund policy
WE HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE ITEMS YOU HAVE SELECTED.
IN THE EVENT YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, DO LET US KNOW AND WE WOULD GLADLY ASSIST YOU.
Please try out your shoes on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside as shoes must be returned/exchanged in their original condition and packaging.
We will accept returns or exchange unworn merchandise within 15 days of delivery date. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days.
Only one return/exchange is allowed per order.
Please do not approach the Department stores for any returns / exchanges for Kiki shoes that were purchased online.
The arrangements for approved returns / exchanges are as follows. Do note that all promotional, sales and discounted items are non-refundable.
- Email to support@kiki.com.sg quoting the order ID number, invoice number, nature of erroneous delivery or defect/s and attach a picture of the defect/s.
- We apologise for our mistake and we will exchange the same merchandise if it is still in stock. Alternatively, we would refund you the full purchase amount if it is out of stock.
- Kiki Customer Service will arrange to collect the wrongly delivered or defective shoes and deliver the replacement at the same time. (only in Singapore)
- Email to support@kiki.com.sg quoting the order ID number, invoice number and nature of incorrect purchase (eg. wrong shoe size)
- Kiki Customer Service will assess the request on a case-by-case basis. If request is approved, exchange can be made in two ways :-
- Blk 1014 Geylang East Ave 3 #01-210 (near Paya Lebar MRT station)
- Monday to Fridays, 10AM to 5PM
- Please contact +65 9199 9948 to make an appointment first before coming

- By Post (at your own cost) to :- Blk 1014 Geylang East Ave 3 #01-210, Singapore 389729 ,Attn : Kiki Customer Service Dept.
Return for Refund
- Email to support@kiki.com.sg quoting order ID number, invoice number and request for a refund.
- Return can be made via i) and ii) above.
- Once your return is received, inspected and approved by Kiki Customer Service, your refund will be processed and issued through your original method of payment within 7 days. Company reserves the right to deduct postage of $3.00 per pair of shoes for reasons other than defective shoes. Full purchase amount will be refunded for defective shoes only.
